Graz'zt and Lamashtu are overwhelmingly responsible for the most Cambions put into the mortal world. Graz'zt's impulsive lust brings him to congress and exploitative deal-making regularly. His Cambions, like their father, tend to be exceedingly beautiful examples of femininity or masculinity. Yet they are twisted by an inexplicable "something" that seems dangerous or taboo. Of all Cambions, Graz'zt's children are most easily mistaken for Infernal Tieflings. The hallmarks of a Graz'zt Cambion are an impressively muscled physique, solid green, yellow or red eyes, enlarged canines, rows of small horns along the skull, and unusually vibrant skin color; purples and blues are most common.
