At a Glance
Located near the Klingon border corresponding to House D'Ghor territory, Ajilon is technically within the Orion Borderlands. Settled in the Earth year 2187, Ajilon was a cooperative effort between several Federation member worlds at the time, and continues to grow along multi-species influences. Subsequently after membership, the Rigelian Zami and Jelna have joined the population. Tellarites are the second largest population, exploiting their trade advantages with the local Orions. The colony still has a rough edge with few settlements outside of the main colony of Resource. The Vulcans have established a small monastery about 180 kilometers west of Resource, known to house only about sixty monks.
