At a Glance

The Orion Neutrality Pact has come into being several times since the collapse of the last Orionic Empire. It is a political agreement among most of the Orion worlds to disavow any individual Orion Qaj's actions to influence or change the political powers around it. In principle, the modern pact is a declaration of neutrality in the foreign affairs of the Klingon Empire, the Romulan Star Empire and the United Federation of Planets.
