Overview
President-Elect Scarlett Miller is the current elected head of state of United Earth but secretly she is a Section 31 field agent, over the years she has became the ring leader of the Section 31 Cell on United Earth. A woman of science, she is known throughout science circles for her work on peoples interaction to the environment. Before entering galactic politics, she was the Member of the Canadian Parliament for her home territory, Yukon where she became a keen speaker for the Environment, later becoming the Speaker of Parliament. She resigned her role as Speaker to focus on her campaign to the United Earth General Assembly which she was elected too. After 2 years she entered government as a junior minister for the Environment in the Department for Science & Research later becoming it's minster a year later then head of government for 2 years before becoming President of United Earth
