The Deltan people are deeply protective of their heritage and ecology, as well as mindful of the safety and security of offworlders. Most offworlder interaction is only allowed on Delta's two large moons: Cinera and Seyann.

From orbit, Delta IV almost looks like cream separating in a coppery morning light. It is alien to Human eyes, though as the clouds swirl and diffuse the sun, Delta has a strange beauty.
